5. Warranty Policy

  • VIP customers are entitled to an extended warranty of 18 months.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or shipping.

Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide photo evidence. Approved refunds will be issued via PayPal.
